How to Make Money With a Blog
This gonna be a simplified version for beginners, but you will get the basics and if you are interested you can just Google for more information.
Blogs basically are nothing more than a notepad on the internet. A doodle pad if you will. Where you write down your thoughts or ideas or views of things.
You can have your own site and use WordPress or Joomla or some other platform, or you can sign up with online blogging sites such as wordpress.com or blogger.com and make a blog there.
Where to get ideas? This is where many people gets stuck. They have no idea what to write about when this part is the simplest of blogging. Just write about what you think of something. Say you have heard something in the news this morning and you have your own thoughts about it. Write about that.
The cashier was drunk in the store. Write something about booze or drunk employees. You almost got into an accident because of some careless driver. Write about brakes, or rain, or sleepiness on the roads etc. You are collecting butterflies. Write about butterflies nesting or mating. The roof collapsed because of snow on it. Write about weak roofing structures, or the elements of snow, etc.
Don’t think nobody is going to read it. Millions of people are interested in the same thing you are interested in.
To make money with your blog, use Google Adsense, affiliate offers such as from comission junction or ClixGalore and you can Google for more affiliate programs, because there are millions. You can use Infolinks for inline ads. (usually those pop up green texts you find in articles on the net) You can use CPA offers such as from MaxBounty
The way these works is you either get paid if people click on the advertisements on your blog, (like with adsense or infolinks), or else they click on the link and fill out a form or buy a product through your blog, (like with comission junction or clix galore or with MaxBounty).
The money you make is proportionate to the effort you put in. Meaning, the less effort the less money. More effort, more money. Many people have replaced their regular income with income from blogging.
You just have to remember and repeat this daily. “If they can do it, so can I, because I am at least as good as they are”. If you don’t forget this, you are going to be able to reach your goal of making money with blogging, or anything else as a matter of fact.
