In reality this is not so. At the post office the girl was almost insisting I send my parcels “special delivery” (cost even more money). I asked her why? She said because if they get lost, the post office won’t give me a penny because they can’t trace them. Hmmm It’s a bummer isn’t it? You pay extra to require a signature when delivered, yet they don’t guarantee it’s arrival.
The industry employs perhaps millions of people and they are paying in other billions in income taxes and other taxes they generate with the money they spend buying alcohol and tobacco products and anything else.
These are alcoholic drinks made for teenagers. The design resembles the look of laboratory test tubes with a screw on cap and they come in different colors.
On the other hand the credit card issuing companies such as Visa and MasterCard, levy a fee for this service the merchants have to pay. Every merchant that offers to accept payment by credit card have to pay a fee, -somewhere around 2.5%- for each credit card transaction they make.
I always thought this was some sort of infestation on my computers although none of the virus programs I use (3) was able to find any.
